stupid electrical connections

not trying to sound stupid or anything but how the hell do you get the electrical conections apart? i mean is there some stupid trick to them i'm not seeing. i get those figured out and i'll be home free on getting the rest of the frame apart!

They are usually held together by a locking tab. Find where they come together, and using a fingernail or small screwdriver, lift the tab and pull apart. They are still pretty tough to get apart because of the rubber seal to keep out the elements.
