an hour and 10 minutes south of baltimore is www.thelandingmx.com


an hour and 35 minutes west of baltimore is www.tomahawkmx.com

both are great with the landing having way more mx to chose from. tomahawk is an excellent outdoor layout with a 6 mile XC loop.

other then the 2 state parks in western maryland your choices are slim and none unless you find someone with private land.

and 2 hours north in PA is www.rauschcreek.com with more miles of trails and so many motorcross tracks youll pop wood when ya pull in the parking lot.

I've heard tower city has a ridiculous amount of trails. I've never been up there but have ridden rausch, which is next to it and that was a pretty good time.
