I just bought a 12x12 'Quick Shade' for $70 at Bi-Mart, a local discount store. I haven't used it yet but I did set it up once. A little challenging for one person but after a couple time it'll be easier;)

I think the 10x10 are too small, get the biggest one you can afford:)

Any place that sells camping gear should have them.

The larger ones with the poles usually need several people to set up. I have one of thoes too, a five sided one that I call my circus tent because it looks like one:p Each side is about 7' wide.

the ones i have seen are more like the folding chairs. the poles are attached and it just folds open.

thanks for the feedback Joe

No problem:)

The one I just bought is the pop up kind, due to it's size it's a bit of work to get up , not too difficult though.

The other one, like the one in the link you posted, has poles that need to be put together making it very difficult for one person.

Here's one Phil Quik Shade (http://www.campingworld.com/browse/products/index.cfm?deptID=1&subOf=79,2&prodID=4371) , although it's only a 10' x 10'. I've seen ones that were 16' x 16' before.

IMO stay away from the wally world units. ive had 2 and both have been junk. they were impossible to set up alone or take down.

i bought a new one and its friggon awesome. i can set it up and take it down myself. all the parts are powdercoated and everything is quick release. the top is heavy weight material also.

www.visibilitysolutions.com is where i ordered it and i couldnt be happier!

Any place that sells camping gear should have them. thats a killer price!! I got a 10x10(couldnt find anything bigger locally) and pd. 98.00 for it at WalMart..I agree....10x10 is too small....

Even though they say"easy up" I dont think there that esay at all!! Still tkaes us more than one person to set up and I can never get the brackets to set in place w/o pinching my d@mn fingers:mad: they are much easier than the ones you have to essemble poles........:)

another brand to look for is ez-up. I think that's how it's spelled. My friend has one and I've helped him set it up a few times and it is truly easy with two people and a very good quality item with aluminum frame(steel is also available at a cheaper price) and heavy duty material for the top. . I don't think any of them are at all easy for one person to put up.

LMAO you sound like me Tina haha, I'm always ******in about pinching my fingers,& it's NOT EASY UP FOR ONE PERSON I have finally just given up on helping put it up, I let Ron & DJ deal w/ that, we got ours over Christmas @ Big 5 Sporting Goods for $50 I think it's 10x10, big enough for us, we just set it up next to the motorhome awning so it's about 22' all in all :D ONly thing we don't like it ours didn't come w/ a carrying bag :grr: I'm going to make one someday, just keep forgetting except when we go to load it then i remember LOL. It also has a "tarp" top but we can order a nylon/vinyl one once it's toast.
