The conclusion to the problem is groups of 8. Having 22 riders from GNCC racers to utes out on there sunday drive makes for a difficult organized ride.

Wish ya coulda made it pappy.



It's also a weird feeling to pass 2 cops doing 60 MPH down a paved road and not get in trouble...:devil: Maybe they seen my rear flat and felt sorry for me and figured I wouldn't be able to go fast with it like that...:o

We got on the trail about 1 and got back after taking the paved road around 6:30. It was a blast and did rain on us for about 3 hours into the ride, but then cleared up and made fora great night of drinking and BSin around the campfire. Some of the others thought they'd go watch the drag races and left camp at 11:00 that night. We new there wouldnt' be any that late but they went anyway.

An early Sept Ride sounds good to me... 2 GNCC races in Sept.

I vote for smaller riding groups. Sumthing more like classes. Starting lineup suggestion:

First out: Racers or fast ridin' sum ******es.
2nd out: Trail riders or peeps wantin' a medium pace.
3rd out: UTE's to pick up the carnage along the way.

Didn't check the bolts good before heading out, went from 5 bolts holding the swingarm skid plate in to 2 really fast, then the last 2 broke out. Doug (doibugu2, thanks for the help) brought me some tools while I was stranded on the trail, then I took it the rest of the way off and we rode back down to the truck where I left it for the day. Lets just say I had plenty of ground clearance for the ride, but was making sure I didn't stradle any big rocks the whole day.

I guess we rode a 2nd /3rd out ride, mix of sport bikes and utes, we actually had a pretty good pace going, took a short cut and caught the rest of the group at the playground and they were like "WTF? How did you guys beat us here?" :p

Not really sure how many stitches I have, but the cut is between 2.5 - 3 inches wide and it was open to the bone.
Here is a link to a couple pictures. These don't show it as good as the ones Ugly has though. Where the heck is he anyway? I've got to go back to the Dr. and probably gonna have surgery to remove some bone fragments and possibly some dirt and rocks that the retards in Logan left in there:mad:
