bent a-arms

Bent my stock lower a-arms on my 450r this weekend.Can anyone tell me how serious this is.Can I keep jumping till I can replace them aftermarket, or will they break?

I wouldn't do much on a bent a-arm. It is already stressed and could break relatively easily. I would replace it asap.

its just gonna cause premature wear on bearings & spread failure to other things...especially when it snaps when your riding from stress
