Yeah it does look like there are rezzies on it. I think the 05 white and blue color scheme looks pretty damn cool.

So they put piggy back shocks on it and raised the price 100$.... lame.

Looks like 06 for a 450z.

ditto!

except, at least they did SOMETHING, better than BNG, but I dont see how it will persuade anyone from getting a YFZ or TRX.

We knew all along the 450 was going to be an 05 bike, that doesnt mean it wont be released in 04. We arent off the hook yet!

'05 models are already released. It won't be until the '06 model line at best.

correct! Plus on there site its says "04 models are here". It says nothing about all the 05 models being released already. I think they will keep the Z400 around for there woods rider bike. I will gaurantee right now that the new Z450 will not have reverse, and it wouldnt surprise me if it is kickstart only....but it will probably have e-start.

Wow, i wish i knew suzukis plans like you do! They annouced all the new bikes for 04, the ones that are on the site. They may annouce the 2005 bike, at the 2005 show, next year....theres no rule against this. Just because most bikes are released a year early.

I love honda and when the z 400 came out that is when the honda started going down hill with the 400ex... honda never did upgrade it at all didnt even try... .. now with all these features the 400ex should be put to sleep..

yeah honda put out the 450 but that didnt fix the fact that the z400 were kicking 400exs butt... i love my ex i just wish honda would update it.. the 400 motor could handle being bored out with higher compression piston with different cams... its proven i dont see why they just dont go ahead and do it... everyone in thier momma has a 416ex that runs just as good as the stock one with a bunch more power..
only shootout i seen honda winning so far is their 250ex vs the z250....

at least suzuki is trying to stay with the 450s in handling.. trying to update some shocks for their consumers.. unlike the honda its been unchaged forever till last year with the bigger carb..

not only knocking on honda but what about yamaha they come out with the banshee in 1980s which was a great bike.. they came out with the warrior and for its day was a good bike then they came out with this big monster 660.. that everyone went to go buy because it was a 660.. then they came out with a 450 that dominates all their own quads and the competetion.. yamaha is capable to do anything.. and when i compare the yfz to the rest of thier line up.. its seems they did a %&*$^ dirty job on the rest.. for a hundred dollars more you can buy a raptor 350???? what was wrong with the warrior it looked good already... the raptor 350 should be a raptor 250 4 stroke dirtbike motor on the yfz frame with the same setup... oh well .. .. ..
