What did everyone think of the track an results?Did you get what you really placed or get what it got broke down to.I felt I ran a good race an the scanner showed I ran 5th most of the race an my last lap ended up 6th on the scanner but I ended up in 9th.The track was awesome!!!Andy really tries hard to make it a good event. But I feel like alot of people that did good got screwed because of some cheating or people taking a shorter course an not knowing????

Personally I know there was a lot of accidental cheating!! I dont know if anyone had cheated on purpose but the track was marked ok i thought.

Just like EXMOM stated she felt horrible and did the right thing I dont know who would feel good about themselves by cheating to win but I'm sure there are a few out there.

I walked the whole track Sat. and had no problems knowing which way to go.

You really had to look into the tree's to see the markers. Some racers probably learned something Sunday by not always following people and assuming there going the right way when there not.

Andy is doing his best and deserves a lot of credit for putting on this series.

I took 1ST in B and know I deserved it.

I'll be at the next one FO SURE.

This is me lost with John Glenn behind me I did a circle and let him around me so then I followed in behind to follow the right path. There was no arrows pointing which way the trail went so I was relying on spectators to show which way to go.

I believe Andy did the best he could under the circumstances, there was one guy in the utility class that followed the same trail he started on from the first lap and his lap times were five minutes or more faster than everyone else but in the woods he was getting passed by the other utilitys. I don't believe anyone was cutting the track intentionally but just got very confussed as to where the track actually was and then played follow the leader,,, whoever that was in front of them!.
Our team (FD Racing) took 1st,,2nd,,,3rd,,, and 5th in the Utility class and thanks to 400exmom's honesty Angela took 1st in the ladies class!
I personally liked your riding gear there 400EXMOM, how bad did your arms get scratched up!! When I get my pictures developed I will get copys of them to you at the next race I see ya at,,, I will also email you some when I get um! Oh, you have alot of your pictures on you page there upside down, I had a heck of a time standing on my head if front of the puter to look at them! LOL!!!

Man, what a wild race! That was crazy!! I liked the course a lot...I just had to find it first! It was very speedy! I know Andy and Tracy did a lot of work to make that a great race, some of the markers coming down just couldn't be helped. The storm the night before and that enormous C class made a little difference in how it was supposed to be. By the end of the race, Andy had it all fixed so you could see where you were supposed to go. It had to be a little better for the A, B & vet classes.

Kim, it was nice meeting you! And getting lost with you :) If you had kept going those couple times we didn't see arrows and had to turn around and get back on course, I would've followed as well! I was super lost! Shortly after I went around you at that sharp corner I went straight instead of taking a crucial left and almost ended up in the parking lot :o Just one of the many times I had to turn around and try to figure out where I went wrong and get back on course. I ended up doing one little loop three times in the same lap before I figured out the wrong turn. It sounds like you had a heck of a time as well!

I don't know if I'll try that trick again...jumping on a quad I only have about 30 minutes of seat time on. That KFX was FAST, but it wore me out!! I wasn't used to the aftermarket handlebars, the throttle tension, oh yah, nor the flat tire I finished with!

Aside from all the mishaps, the track was really cool and the conditions were nice for the morning race as it rained the night before. We would have had a LOT of dust if it didn't. I hope to meet more of you at the next race!

My first exriders post - (thanks for the invite Mike ;) ) if you read this you are a witness to my testimony! :D

I have been having a BLAST with the IAHSS, still don't know how I finished in the B class - I had to leave before the results were official and they aren't posted on the website yet. All I know for sure is that I finished. Congrats to to all the rest of you racers for making it fun for me!
