Not a Chance unless he blows up, has too low of gearing, or can't ride.

You are talking strictly a drag race right? I don't think there is anything you can do to make your 416 beat it honestly. This has nothing to do with rider skill, Im talking about strictly which bike would win with the same skill rider on it. If it has a true displacement of 300cc, then that is more than the 310 kits sold by the major companies. The true displacement on the the 310 kits sold by the race companies is really only 290ccs. My 310 (around 295cc's right now) easily beats the raptors, the 450's, modded and not. You would have to be pushing some major ponies, more than a 440 kit at LEAST. When I was at pismo about 7 months ago, I was drag racing a tt racer who had just spent 4K having his 400 built into a 440. Professionally done, not just getting the piston kit and finding a shop to bore it. Basically.. he didn't touch my R with the esr centermount pipe, and mid-top porting I had on it at the time, and a 38mm carb. I would holeshot him, and hold him through the gears. When I was in 4th (him in 5th he told me) I would shift up into 5th and start to walk away from him.
He was still really happy with his motor, and it did run very well.. it's not just into big bore R terratory.
The ama limit for the pro class was 265 for the R's, and 440 for the 4 strokes... that should give you an idea of what you would need at least. If I sound like an *sshole about this, I apoligize and I don't mean to come off that way.:)

On the track.. it just depends on rider really. You will have the easier bike to ride, you won't get tired as fast. He has a handful of bike to control. Your bike is going to get better traction on him. If there were a lot of high speed sections he would have a better chance.. tight and technical it would go to you.

You can't really say who would win, just the advantages of 4 stroke versus 2 stroke on the track and vice versa are the only things you can compare..

No your alright man..i dunno he told me he had it bored to a 300r but that sounds kind of strange cuz i've never seen any major companies advertise for that size...it could be less...also hes not that great of a rider and i wanna race on the track not drag

oo and he said that they don't make domes for the size of bore he got so he doesn't have coolhead...would he over heat? do you know of any kind of parts i need...cuz i don't wanna bore my ex so far its not reliable

It's on a track, and if youre the better rider you will be fine probably.
