Swingarm on a 250ex

Does anybody know how to take the swingarm off of a 250ex. The only part i cant figure out how to get out is at the front where the swingarm is attached to the frame there is something that holds it there but i dont know what it is it looks like you need a really big allen wrench to get it off but i dont really know.
