Help with Carb!!!

I need to know what kind of carb this is before I buy it from somebody. He says the vin # is PE DG8BBMJ. So does anybody have an idea???

correct me if im wrong but i believe thats something you'd usually see off of a two stroke engine. If it matters i dont know.
