Bearing Question

Well iam replacing my upper swing arm bearings and i got the ones out in he swing arm. I need to know if there is anything in the engine that i have to knock out ( pics below). And does any have a diagram on which order all of thses seals and things go. If you could help me out with some of this stuff it would be very help full.
