I got Photoshop 8.0 and im trying to get my frame and that done and when i do it it comes out like not the full color only some parts? How do you get the color the full color with out a other color going in? im very confused on the coloring tools but if you could explain to me how you get a color for like a a other color picture to that then get the whole frame like that ?? and to do that plastics thanks!!
