Breaks locked up

So I got new front break pads, I put em in, now the breaks are locked up.... I tried bleading them and basically put new fluid in them while bleeding them for so long. What am I missing? thanks-darren

Well turns out it had nothing to do with the lines, I narrowed it down, and I guess one of the sides, the pads wern't parallel with rotor, and the other side the pad that pushes on the break pads in the capler fell out and was wedged in the wrong spot, I hate little things like that. Now my new problem is ever since I've had my 4-wheeler the fronts are real spongy, do I fix this by bleading them? thanks-darren

yes...bleed them to get the spongy feeling out
