How to hook up tether???

How do I hook up the tether on the 450r, I know how on the electric start bikes but dont know how on the kick so figured I would ask before tearing up new bike.

okay do this, get some red scotch locks and a connector so then you can put a wire in there and a bolt will go through this connector. Okay, now take the long wire, (not the ground wire) and take the scotch connector and put the black wire with the white stripe in one side and take the wire thats NOT the ground wire and put it in, then clamp down on the metal piece with a plier and then close it over. Then, take that thing that the bolt will go trough and take a bolt out, then put the bolt through this connector, then put the bolt back in and ur set. Make sure that when u turn ur bars you have inuf slack. PM ME if u got any problems.
