Computer help please

I have a comp problem about a month ago i got that sasser worm virus and i got rid of it and havent had a virus since then but my internet has been exxtreeeeeemely slow for instance it took over a minute for the reply page to load after clicking the new reply button, im on dial up as well. after the page loads most of the pictures tryin to load show up as the lil red x. can somebody please help me?

if u do have XP.......press ctrl alt del it may work for other years but idk.....anyways once u do that go to proccesses and delete everything under your username except taskmngr and explorer and whatever programs you are running that you want on
