Ok i dont know whats my deal. i got my trx 450 with the HRC kit and nothing else done to it. but when i am out riding there seems to be no low end and all top end. we also have a polaris predator and that thing can rip the trx outta any hole cause of this. could my timing be off. jetting (was rejetted with the kit) or does it need something else to make power down low (pipe ect) thanks

You may need a exhaust system and or a smaller front sprocket to get out of that hole?

the 450r really likes to rev high...lugging it around makes it sound like a cannondale idling....

Drop a tooth on the front sprocket. Makes a ton of difference.

yea mine does seem not to have any low end at all i heard from another post that it is a mid/top end cam mine sucks at taking off :( but once u get it in the high rpm's then it moves I think I am going to gear it down one or two but also got to see how my pipe does and thinking about getting a piston.

i couldnt take off on drags either when it was stock but not that i put a 13tooth front sprocket on i can win a drag every time.....i drag raced a z400 with a full system hmf pipe up a semi hill and we both topped out and i beat him by 7 or more quad lengths

i don't need the bottom end but only on the starts, but i make up for it,u don't need bottom if u stay hittin the rev limiter all the way around the track.haha j/k
