having trouble putting my carrier on my 400ex??

i have a tapered carrier i just got..wen i put the carrier in it wobbles even wen i put everything on..wut am i missing...is it the spacer that goes on the middle of the axle..is it suppose tobe like that :confused:

do you have the rubber o-rings on the carrier

yea..wen i slide my axle in it seems to get stuck on teh bearings..i have to bang the axle to get it threw..i greased it and everything and wen i slide it threw the axle still moves...do ihave to tighten the anti fade lock nut all the way...

its a whole new carrier so it comes with new seals and bearings..
