You need the American Dream water pump cover, and a bushing made for the pivot bolt. from 17mm to 15mm I believe. I can loook it up and find out for sure tomorrow, and post it on this thread. You can find the water pump cover here:

Thanks a ton Chef! Yeah, if you could get more info about the bushing, that would be good.

Is that your bike in the pic...?

I can't find my paper, but I am 100% sure it was to go from the 17mm bike pivot bolt to the 15mm quad. That is, of course, if the R pivot bolt is the same size as the EX, which I am pretty sure that it is.

narly u don't HAVE to have the water pump cover... but it just makes it alot easier to get a hose to it...

a stk crf is verticle and its really hard to get the hose from there to the radiator...

i had some bushings machined at a local machione shop, i know prp sends some along with their frame, so maybe theyd sell em to ya. and go with the american dream cover, it works perfect.

Hey what do you do with the kick start how short it is what to you buy or make? also on the pivot don't you have to get the motor all the way to to the one side to get it to line up right same with the axel ? If some one could explain how that works how you hook up the swinger to the motor thanks!!

Ok, thanks guys. Does anyone know how I can get ahold of prp, I havent ever herd of them... I will just get an American Dream pump cover.

I dont think you need to get a kick starter extention for the crf, but you do for the yzf. Walsh Racecraft sells them.;)

Thanks
