Cam Question

I was planning on getting a new cam, and figured while i had it apart to put on a 440 kit too. Any suggestions on either of the two? Any does or donts?

For 440 I would go witha JE or ROSS piston/sleeve combo. I woild get a 8plate clutch kit, new carb, port the head and the HRC cam for woods if you have the money, if not stage 1. And for MX either stage 2 or HRC again

Of corse you could go witha web but then need new rockers, or a tc raing cam is also good optionr for either mx or xc.

There are a ton of posts on cams... The TC cams are the best to me. They definitely beat out hotcams and are better than webs to me and many others. Get the TC 924 cam for MX or the TC 926 for XC. Both are excellent cams and there are some for sale on ebay right now in good condition as a matter of fact so you can save some money if you want......

if your low on money get a hotcam.. ive got one and it hits pertty good.
