440 kit

I was wondering what all must be done to put the 440 kit on, i know the sleeve must be bored. Another thing, does anything need to be done to the motor to put the kit on?

i honestly wouldn't go to a 440. i would just put in a 406 or 416. the reliability is better and the power won't be much different if built similar. with the 440 you will need a new sleeve and your cylinder will need bored. you can't even use the stock sleeve with a 440. however, with the 406 or 416, you can use the stock sleeve and bore it out. overall, it would be easier to do and you can still have a very very strong running bike with a smaller bore.
