neutral light stays on

recently i took the front plastics off and ever since i put them back on the neutral light stays light, so i must have wired it wrong, has this happened to anyone else?? if so what did i do wrong?

its kinda hard to wire a neutral light wrong....there is only one wire. And it plugs in down by the shifter.

ok now i know i did something wronge, but i was sure i connected all the same wires together, but listen to this crap, ok i start it up right and i take the key out, but it doesnt shut off, it keeps running, but whenever i shift into neutral with the key out it shuts off as normal, so like.. uh WTF???

Did you disconnect the wires on your clutch as well for some reason? If so, reverse those. Other than that, I have no idea....
