No spark

Hi, I have a 1988 honda trx 125,and have replaced the left side engine casing,and then it started once,then no spark,so changed the stator and pulse generator,it ran for 5 mins,well it would have ran all day,but when u switch it off,NO SPARK again.i thought it was the pulse generator,so changed that to the original one,so its paired with the stator,and it started,ran great rode it,switched it off,and now now spark,why is it doing this? im getting sick of it,had it 3 months,rode it for 5 mins!

ps I have changed the spark plug 3 times,check all wires a dozen times,grounds etc.battery etc,im stuck

Hi,that didnt work either,i have noticed there isnt a fuse,just the wires r swisted together,is this breaking the plugs?
