I want to say that Ft of the Mt is By Carlisle/Shippensburg. I am going and so is JLHughes. Loop I think is about 5 miles or longer and can get rocky in sections. I like the course. As for directions Jay may be better at giving them only because I don't know any of the route #'s that I turned on. Other than the turnpike!
