at-home Suspension Servicing?

Does anybody know of a site/ link to where I can find some instructions on how to service my works front suspension with rezzies? Does anybody here know how to? Or is it the thing where you NEED to have a shop service.

Works will fax (a lousy copy) a "how to". It dosen't give details of the type oil; they want to sell you their own label. ??
