I am looking to bore out my 400 ex for some extra power. I wannt make some HP's to help run with Raptors. I have looked at the Thumper racing kit, LRD kit, Duncan kit, and LA sleeve kit. Im sure there are more kits out there. I am just wondering. Exactly what kit is the best and most reliable. while producing the most HP's. I want to spend my time riding and not fixing a blown engine. Also i was wondering if i should do a carillo rod if i go with a higher compression piston. A guy at LRD told me that the stock rod might not be able to handle the high compression piston. This would hurt reliability. Any help on this one?
