Hey guys, I know this used to come up a lot, but I can't find any old threads on the topic at this time. I went desert riding yesterday, and my shocks are just way too stiff. Must have done 50 miles of whoops. I didn't notice it earlier because all I did was go to the dunes.. Anyway, what is the best way to adjust the settings for my front/rear shocks?

Thanks

Lol.. sorry, I'm just askin for a little help..:( I have definitely worn them a little bit like people say you have to "give it time." I'm sure I could figure it out, but I just remember people earlier on here making it sound like a big deal to adjust the shocks. And it's for my 450 SHOCKER, which is why I came here for the question. :blah:
