Will my Elkas from my 400ex work on my 450r?

they will fit, but be the wrong length, and they will be valved wrong.

you will ride really low...your frame will scrape over the ground...its not pretty..i ride trails so mine work out oay but it still scrapes over everything

I wanted to see the picture of the 400 shocks on the R, is the picture fully loading for everyone else?

Its a shame you cant have the shocks rebuilt, for the 450R///or can you?

yes you can. i sold my rear shock to JOE1 on here and he got gt thunder to do it and he loved it

Nice i got my 450r today and its getting delivered tomorrow and the elkas on my 400ex r brand new so im going to try it tomorrow and see how it works. Is the thread of his pics under the forum or a different one thanks.

I have an old set of works shocks for my 400ex....would works rebuild them for a LT 450R setup?

i dont know about long travel. Its like 3 inch longer shock
