i was wondering if you could use the stock 400ex chain and brake line on a +1" swingarm? if not, would it fit if i ran 15/36 gearing?

If your chain had streached 2 in or so, ya. The break line would work if it has 1 in of slack.

Hey whats up man? Bad news on the chain you will have to use a new one that is extended. I would recomend getting new sprockets with it because using your old stock ones will cause premature chain and sprocket wear. On the brake line I use my stock one on my +1.25" houser swinger with plenty of line left. You will be ok on that part. Hope this helps you out.

yeah, my bike is in good shape. it is regular maintained. well, besides the swingarm bolt. i took that off for the first time a week or so ago. it came off after beating on it for a while but the bolt did bend a bit. my bike isn't dirty much and when it is, it is cleaned pretty quick.
