anyway to get carbonfiber looking frame?

are there any carbon fiber look alike power coat colors? i think that would look awesome..carbonfiber frame....lol

i havent seen anything like that, you would have to get a PCer to do lots of work, like i know how he would be able to od it but it would cost alot, but PC the frame in like a siklverish color, then wrap strings evenly around it everywhere then PC black and take the strings off, that the only way i can think of

well..the person that would be doing it would either be Pappy, or some redneck punk that does it around here. and idk weither pappy can do it, but i know the local guy probably cant.. but i was thinking about just doing it silver vein now, even though a carbonfiber frame would look awesome.

yeah sliver-vein would look sick, i love the silver-vein color mix i dont know why but its sick

the closest ive come to any type of resemblence to carbon fiber look is to use silvervein as a base and apply translucent smoke over it. its different for sure.

and i dont have pics, but if i get a chance ill do a few pieces and post some pics

I am familiar with that process, and I know that it would never hold up on a frame.

i had my frame and swingarm pc'd in silvervein and my steering stem is also silvervein. hopefully soon my carbon fiber shrouds will be in and im getting a carbon fiber hood to so we'll see what that looks like with the silvervein parts. in the mean time though if you want to see some pics of the silvervein pc let me know...later
