Rear Shock setting

On my R I have the front shocks set with only 1 1/2 threads left on the preload. I weigh about 140 with gear on but I wish to set up the susp. for mabee 150 or alittle more so when I grow more I dont have to change them as often. So how many threads left should I go on the rear shock?

just keep playing with it and when it feels good stop just keep playing with it you will eventually get it. :D

i ride woods but i got mine preload all the way out and about 3 clicks harder on the compression and i like mine right here for now
