Front Elka shocks for Honda 400ex

One set of Elka shocks with SSD in good condition, normal wear, two years old. Regular travel- fits stock a-arms. Set up for XC 180- 200 pound rider. They have two and a half "C" class XC races on them and some trail riding. Also included is a set of main springs (5.2), the next size up in stiffness. The 5.2 came on them, but I like a softer ride, so I ordered and put the 4.8 springs on them. Elka shock covers included.

i don't know much about front shocks. do they have compression and rebound adjustments? these are ssd tripple rates right? thanks cal
