VP C12 / pump 93 50/50?

i have a stock 01 EX and my buddy gave me a free tank of C12 and 93 oct. pump gas in a 50/50 mix....can this hurt the bike? i noticed an increase in throttle response (though im used to 87 oct bc gas is $2.10 for 87). it seems quicker to me but it wont run the motor too hot will it? im running kendal gt-1 40w oil.

Higher octane fuels make the engine run cooler.

And shame on you for running 87 when your instructions tell you to run a minimum of 92(reguardless of price!) But with the higher octane gas it would be like the guy above said, it will run cooler but is sort of wasting octane or gas since you do not have a high compression piston. But, if he gave it to you, use it.
