ITP or Douglas? Fast Trekkers or Razors?

Im gettin a new rim/tire combo. Whats the best rim? Douglas .190s or ITP .190s?
Kinda hard to decide between the tires too.....I loved the Razrs I had on my Warrior but are they heavier than the fast trekkers?...plus..the trekkers a hella cheap
One other question.....9s or 10s?
Any other suggestions would be appreciated

Well if you plan on doing lots of trail riding and rough terrain I would stick with the 9s.
