If it's like the XC, you would be able to race you Cannondale there. But I wouldn't make the trip for the small track, but the big track is decent, when it's actually groomed.

yes you can race there with your cannondale, it's non ama, come with your 250x always could use a lil more in the standard 4 stroke class

Is it worth a 4-5 hour drive? What classes are available for quads? I might bring both and race 2 classes.
Do they have a phone number so i can call them?
thanks

Its not a spectacular place. The tracks don't have any big jumps. But if you're just looking to race, its really a laid back atmosphere. The big track is a fast track, and its fun to air out on.
We run an Open 4 strk class for the 400cc+ bikes, and they have a Standard 4 strk for the smaller bikes. Last weekend we had 16 in the big bike and 4 in the sport class. If you were looking to do some trail riding too, they have quite a few acres to ride on and free camping :).
If you'd like to talk to the race promoter, his shop number is (513)-353-3555. Hope this help, and if you do end up making a race, let us know.

Are the Open class and Sport class right after one-another? If there not i will probably run both.
I will be runing the open on my cannondale for sure! I might be over there sometime, hopefully...

They've been messing with the race order here lately. The Open class was 1st last week, which was awesome. I'd just let them know you were planning on racing both, and I'm sure Jim would spread them out some for you.
My 250X is bone stock, but I've been thinking about racing it just for the heck of it. :D I don't have any pictures of the track, just the parking lot.

Dude, show me where I said I was the holeshot master. Never said that or anything like that. I may have a got a holeshot, but I'm FAR from a master at it.
I saw you over there. You're #20 right? The pit-riding was horrible that day and so was the dust. Guess you understand that though. I don't understand why people drive all the way to Haspin, with its 700 acres and then proceed to ride around in the parking lot. lol Makes for a dusty day! Don't know if you know where Cleves OH is, but there's a race there this weekend.
Out_Sider... The DVX is pretty cool. He has the front fender's unbolted and the front wheels spun around. When he sign up, they asked him what kind of bike he had. They looked at him funny when he told them an Artic Cat! :D
"you"
What kind of bike were you on? Thought it was a YFZ. I'm planning on racing the whole season to. You landed on my buddy's z400, and trashed his guard behind his a-arms. I know you didn't mean to do it though, just racin. I played with my tire pressure some in the 2nd moto and got everybody on the holeshot. Not bad for stockers. It was fun though. Hope to see you at the next race.

I don't exactly where you are roostin dale, but if want to make a road trip, you should check out Blackrock MX in Litchfield KY - it's an awesome track and they have good turnouts - I don't know about racing the Dale there, but they run a sport class with several quads entered. This is the track where Rico used to race MX. It's about an hour away from Louisville.

i'd say the haspin is a goodplace to race if you also polan on going there to ride the whole weekend, i dont think the mx track is worth the drive by itself tho
anyway- that mx track looks awful easy, i might even try a little mx there, whats the whole schedule?

i've seen where the small track was groomed alot nicer with more of a lip to the jumps to where you could actually get some air, it seems like some days you see the track looking pretty decent and other days ya dont, same goes with the big track..... i know the other day when i was there they actually had some decent lips on the jumps and was clearing the table top by the stands.

Worm,
I didn't want to come off like that. I guess everybody reads things differently. I will be a Gravelrama though. Thats the one in Cleves. I don't know if you've raced there before, but if you've still got your stock tires I'd bring them. They'll be alot better in the sand than the 18inchers. See ya there.

I was wondering if anyone knew why the mx schedule jumps from the end of May with no races until about the middle part of October? Also, I don't see why they have any races on the small track. I've been on it and it felt like I was on Motorhead's track for the 50's. I plan on only racing the big track. Does anyone know if they have scheduled any more races between May and October????
