Timing mod

How long does it take to make the timing mod, its not hard, well on my 400ex cam is easy to change. Just have to retard it 1 tooth correct ? How much od a difference does it make ?

night and day difference. i did the cam mod to my yfz, moves the power band up in the rpm range a little, but the hit comes on stronger than ever

takes 30mins or less to do the mod
