removing keyswitch from handlebar cover?

Okay,
I have looked at this keyswitch connector and can't get it apart. I just want to remove the handlebar cover and get the keyswitch free to mount elsewhere. Anyone help me out? Thanks...Jim

Once you pull the black thing off the handlebars look at the bottom of it, the ignition has little clip-type deals you push in then you pull it through the black plastic mount thing. The temp light is much easier, just remove the light lense and pull the rubber thing through.
