Cutting a WB E-Series Exhaust

For all you motor heads. I've got a question for ya. Is it possible to shorten a WB E-series slip on? Curious if it's possible and would I gain much out of it.

not my bike but was my exhaust, i shortened it when i had it, but don't do it expecting any gains in power cause they won't be there the only real reason you should want to shorten it is to get it out of the way

Well if I'm not going to gain any lower end power, then it's not worth my efforts.
