yea they are a major rip off. But i need a part before Friday VERY badly. So i am going to end up paying $200 for somehting i could get for $35...

I NEVER have a problem getting through to them. Just call the number on the website someone should pick it up if it is in their business hours.... Thats just my experience but I have called more than 15 times and always gotten an answer. As far as email, they suck.....

I get hrew on the phone i got threw today but they are kind of a rip off. Yea let us know what par we might be able to help you, if you call the number on thw eb site and dont get a answer just keep calling until you do:D :)

Well i just got it ordered..they said it will be here thurday or friday. I needed a Rear brake caliper. I had 2 used ones lined up to buy on here($35 each) but the guys would never ruturn my PM's or e-mail's.

I ended up buying a completley rebuilt one with 2 sets of pads for $145 with 2-day air shipping.
