Just Wonderin if someone can help me out??

I am putting a pipe on my quad here pretty soon, I had a yoshi on, but I sold it a while ago cuz I thought i was gettin rid of the quad. I just bought an HMF, and I have a 40 pilot, and a 158 main jet for it. should I move the needle at all, and should I fool around with the air screw? Any help would be nice. also have K&N coming, and I have 6 holes in the airbox lid. and will soon be getting a powerbong header

Move the clip on the needle down one notch and set your air screw out two turns. This along with the jets you mentioned should work great with the header, silencer, filter combination you decribed.
