Whats the best all around pipe?

I just bought a honda 400 ex and am looking to make it a lil bit faster and louder. what pipe should i get? I see alot of range in price, which one would be the best for all around riding? Any advice is appreciated.

Im not to far from you.I live in kalamazoo.I put a white bothers r4 full exhaust on mine and rejetted it,with a k&n fillter.Now its alot faster

How much was that to do? Is that the best pipe? Did you by just the muffler or the muffler and pipe too?

I WOULD SUGGEST THE WHITE BROTHERS E-SERIES FULL EXHAUST SYSTEM. MY FRIEND HAS ONE ON HIS 400EX AND THE POWER OUTPUT IS ALOT BETTER.
