Good Lord! I know what you mean though - I work up in Berrien Springs now during the week surveying. A tornado came through - luckily it came while we were back at the office for lunch. When we got back at the site there were trees down all over the place. We also lost power until yesterday at the office. A guy I work that lives in Niles, MI still has no power.

Damn dude, glad everyone was ok. It's pretty scary living in the heart of the Midwest - Tornado Alley. Here is a link for the Tornado that took out my hometown, Udall, Kansas in 1955. Pretty crazy. http://www.cyberlodg.com/mattdennis/ktc/udall2photos.htm

It is theory that the town was hit by 8 tornados almost simultaneously. But I don't think it has been proven. They buried all the debris under what is now the H.S. practice football field.

Nasty Palm Sunday F4... that's right F4.. My dad and his buddies went out after the tornado's hit to help get the deceased to the make shift morgue @ the grade school. He said it was the toughest thing he had to do, he and my god father hauled the children out in his station wagon.:(
