In case you didn't hear it yet.
The attendance for the minis at LACR were so low this past weekend. They are considering not holding anymore races for the minis. I don't know how serious they are about this, but this can't happen. The track for the minis isn't bad. It's wide enough so the young riders can pass if need to, it's pretty smooth and well groomed. There's an s-turn that is pretty tight but aside from that I think that the track is safe for young riders. Also the trophies are pretty nice. The top 3 placers get a trophy (see pic), and the other peewee racers go home with a trophy too. The next race is on 6/18 a week after the 2nd race for the Dirt Days of Summer Series out at Lake Elsinore.
