Actually I think she raced the GNC @ Casey last year.

My first GNC. I just spectated but it was very cool. I am definetly heading back. Watching the Ams/Pros was very cool. Hopefully next year I can race it.

Dustin Wimmer was very impressive for a rookie, looks like he maybe a kid for the top pros to watch out for. There is an error in the standings. Wimmer rides a YFZ, his stats say Honda.

Congrats Jen on taking 2nd in the Womens B/C.

Anyone know what was up with Jones? The second moto he was not even trying. It was like he only wanted points to finish. Was he sick or something?

Great track, great race. I can not wait for next year.

Does anyone know what happaned to the guy who crashed and taken off on a stretcher? Was he all right? It was a nasty crash.

I'm not sure what happened to jones in the first moto, but in the second moto from i understand him and Gust got tangled together on the drop. It appeared to me when he was cruisin around that his right bottom a-arms was bent but i could be wrong.

Ya jones got into a huge crash at the start, (i have it all on tape too) some one shot infront of doug gust and some other riders causing them all to go towards the outside, there were a couple quads that flip... I think JJ was caught underneath of one...

Tim farr past Wimmer some time later in to the race, while doug was wfo the whole time... Joe Byrd was also struck with bad luck yesterday, he won the quilifying real nice guy... Dunk also was in the crash in the 2nd moto off the start deffinitly a nice guy to talk to..

Hey Thanks Kim and Cron! and yes did run Casey last year, on a bone stock 400ex and it was about 3-4 weeks after I first learned HOW to ride a quad, I never rode anything with a clutch before. so Red Bud was my first national on a decent quad with some district race experience behind me. :D It was my first race against women this year. aside from Casey I ran a couple WI quad series races last year in womens class.

I had a blast! the track was awesome. and WOW! we had 15 or 16 women in B/C. Now if only I could get out of the start decent. I had to start the 1st moto in 9th or 10th place yikes! and the 2nd moto in 8th. But it was fun trying ta work my way forward. I can't wait til my Yamaha is ready - I need more POWER!! but seriously i think getting crappy starts is helping me become a better rider, you have to learn how to pass and pick better lines. and nothing makes me more pumped than getting a bad start. (don't get me wrong tho.. I would love a holeshot!)

Lookin forward to Casey- I'm racing there on Memorial Day to get some practice on that track for the nat.
See ya at the track, Jen
Thanks for the support!!!

In the moto 2 crash, Jeremiah was caught under Doug's Suzuki. He was glad Doug was fast at getting on his feet and lifting that quad off of him. The crash bent his throttle, bars and tierods. His shoulder is a bummed also:(

Hey Jen, It was great meeting you and all the others I met. My first National experience was a great and memorable one. I hope I can find a way to make another this year if at all possible. Everyone from the promotors, racers and event staff were super friendly. Nothing at all like the Bike Nationals where everything is so strict and impersonal. Look forward to doing it all again in the near future. Great job everyone!

Great pics everyone! Since I have not made a National event this year. Can someone tell if Honda has a rig like Suzuki at each event or is Farr still using Baldwins' rig?

Hey Shannon! Yeah it was great meeting you. I hope ya make it to some more nationals this summer. I know it's a cruise but it would be awesome if you could make it. I was hoping ta get a better start in moto 2 ta see if I could keep up with ya.
You're smokin fast girl, keep it up!
Let me know if you're ever heading down and maybe we could practice together.
