So I've got the K & N and prefilter with no lid, and it's jetted to match that at about 800'. I don't know much about jetting, and I'm a broke *** college student. I want to throw on a slip on pipe. Would throwing the lid back on, and adding the exhaust cancel the need to re-jet until I get the money? Any reccomendations on a good pipe on a budget? Thanks guys!

Putting on an aftermarket pipe with require rejetting.... just the K&N and lid off should not be a problem.

Then comes the issue of understanding jetting, and making it right. Any good articles floating around that y'all know about? Thanks for the help!
