I just got a new 400ex and im looking a to get a pipe, what do you guys recommend?

i have a complete pro circuit t4 exhaust system, and i think it sounds really good. i can feel some increased power, mainly in the low end.

i like the fmf, it has such a beefy 4stroke sound and the power gains are very good, throttle response seems much better also.

just curious but how can you say that you recieved good power gains and throttle response, and you looking at buying a 400 so what are you comparing it too since this is your first 400

also to be truthful fmf's are far from beefy sounding, fmf would be down at the bottom of my list as far as 4-stroke pipes, if your looking for the best bang for the buck look into the hmf, excellent pipe and a good price, you can't go wrong

i do ride with people that have the same setup as i am possibly buyin and they reccomend it. i have ridden their quads before and after they moded it so that is how i make my judgment, also in lookin for a 2nd hand 400ex i have ridden both stock and modified 400ex's with the fmf's and i would call fmf beefy imo.

oh and btw if u do go fmf, dont get the mega max, one of the guys i ride with has one and its not up to the normal fmf standard.
