hey you dont have to ask how to burn rubber if you have a big bore quad, like a Yamaha 450 or a KFX 400! Hell I have big ole Razor2's on mine and I can lite 'em up without dumping the clutch.

yeah it only took honda 15 years to come out with a serious quad after the 250r and im a fellow yellow and red rider myself!!

So what that it took Honda 15 years to make an awesome quad, it was worth it wasn't it? Do any of you know where to ride in Ohio/Southern Michigan?

easy to say when youre 14 years old and can even ride a 450r two 2 more years...........i was 19 when they stopped making the 250r and i wasnt going to wait 15 years for another race quad so i bought a yamaha......nothing personal but you werent there to see the lame ATV market in the eraly 90's.......it sucked!

Hey boy, little piece of advice. COming on this bord packing an atittude and then asking for riding spots may not be the best way to together with fellow riders. Even most Honda riders on here dont like somebody stirring the pot like this.

Hey look guys, first of all it wasn't my idea to get a 250 EX. I got it for my birthday from my dad, okay? and it's better than nothin ain't it? If it was up to me I would have got a 450R or a 400EX (and yes I do know how to operate a clutch) so don't go cracking on me and my 250EX. And second of all (this is to you Ericthered rdr) my mom is dead, so just shut your mouth about that! And third all i wanted to know was how to burn ruuber on my 250 i didn't ask for what fourwheeler to get or about you and your fourwheeler. So all i'm sayin is sorry and i think that you should apologize about what you said bout my mom!

Before i got the 250 i had a Suzuki 160, i know, i know it sounds like im a puss bot my family is kind a poor, okay? so i'm sorry that all you rich people, or what ever you wanna call yourselves , can afford stuff like that! don't go gettin the wrong idea, i'm just trying to make a point, you get what i'm sayin?

my family dont make that much money, in fact they have given me a total of 0 dollars to put into it!! GET A JOB! I got a part time job the day I got out of middle school. **** if my parents bought me a 250ex I would probably die from shock.

close enough, my parents never bought me anything. I had to work for everything. But, they are letting me use their car everyday, but they cant hold that against me because I can afford to buy one I just dont have enough credit yet.

Relax numbnuts! I was poking fun at you for fun. When you get older you will laugh at chit like this. Sorry mom has gone to better places. I have never been handed anything by my parents. That is where you messed up. Anyway sorry about the nipple slip, and if you want to smoke the tires on your ex the best way to do it is lean as far over the bars as you can and while holding the front brake nail the throttle. sometimes a little water under the tires helps them to break loose. I will tell you this...if your are not ready to buy new tires don't do it because ATV tires are way softer then car tires and will burn right off in a couple of burn outs. Moral of the story young man.... ask intelligent questions and get intelligent answers. Feel free to PM me at anytime and if I can help I will.

okay eric, thanks for the advice. i'll try burning some rubber some time. where do live? have you ever rode in ohio/southern michigan? Mermorial Day weekend my dad, brother, and i r heading up to indian river, michigan. its a nice place to ride. they have tons of trails up there.

lets all just get on each others good sides and everything will be fine. Thanks guys.

I live about 30 min north of Baltimore on the edge of civilization. I have never rode out where you are in north central Ohio but I have heard that there are some good places within a couple of hours drive. Have fun next weekend and ride safe.

my buddie/neighbor just got a brand new 400ex. he got it 3 weeks ago and last saturday all the parts came in, me and him started working on it at noon and didn't get done until 8:30 on sunday. we put on ITP Holeshots on the front and Razors on the back. we put on an elka suspension kit. we also put on new roll design a-arms that make the machine look bad ***. we put dg racing series nerf bars and a dg excelerator stage 3 kit, we rejeted everything on it. it was a ***** but we got er gone, u can't even see anything stock on it. his parents didn't want him doing this, so a good friend who had a credit card ordered it all for us and we paided him back. we got it out after school today, and no joke guys this thang is really bad ***. we finished the track back behind our houses in the woods, and we both tested this ex on it and let it fly!!! his parents really liked it after all. :D :devil:

I am always a true honda fan but when u need a 4 wheeler u need a 4 wheeler and thats why I might get a blaster.... Yamaha isn't my favorite but it will start up and roll.....Thats all i need for now...BUT I AGREE HONDA RULES!!!!:devil:

Not going to get the blaster I am now saving for somthing bigger and that I wont grow out of.... what does everyone think about the cannondales? I would like to get one because I have heard they got some power but I have also heard there is repairs all the time and checking everything on it. I want to have a 4 wheeler thats got some power and I will love and when I get old will always keep but I want somthing thats going to last me to... What u guys think?? what should I look into.... no matter what brand....

This thread is funny. I'm a true Honda fan. I have a Honda Civic Si. I had an Accord, thats what started me on Hondas. I just bought a 400 ex last weekend. I have to be honest and say i was originally lookinf for a Raptor. They are bad ***, but i found the Honda for a good deal. It's a 2000 and i paid $2700. I figure i got an all right deal. Anyways, I just wanted to post and say i agree that Hondas are great. I'm glad i gotthis one. My roomate has a sick piped out banshee and he's been riding me for getting a Honda. guess we'll see this weekend when he's broke down and i'm flying past him laughing.

oh we had a great time. 2 1/2 square miles of private property. They have all kinds of trails. even a grass airplane runway. My roomate has a banshee all piped out. Just switched it back over to gas from methynol. I had that thing wide open down the runway, whooo. lol that **** fly's. I just bought my four wheeler like 2 weeks ago so i havent been anywhere but there with it so far. Are these places good places to ride?

hell ya, they are! there is easily 200 miles a day of riding. we rode 200 miles total in 2 days, but ya they have a lot of ground to ride on. we took the old railroad bed from indian river to mackinac, wheeled vehicles aren't suppost to be on it but we did, and if you get caught its like a $$90$$ fine. so be careful. anyways overall its a really great place to ride. you have to have a orv sticker, they cost $16.25 each! hope you go and have fun and be careful. ((go to chandler hills when you go, you'll understand later!!)):devil:

Paulding Ohio-in the northwest section in ohio.
it depends what you're going to put them on for. Racing or Trailriding, dunes, or tundra?--i prefer the razors for anything but racing. get the holeshots only for racing.

mainly just all around trail riding and reg turrain. i have these Spidertracs for mud and snow. and i'll get paddles if i go in sand. Just wondered what was better for all around riding.

Well i used to be hard core HONDA, and Honda only, But since the YamahaYFZ450 came out, it has really grown on me big time. I would have to really ride both, (honda and yamaha 450's) Back to back to really decide whitch one i would buy. But for now ill keep my litttle ol doggy 416, At least for a few more years!! Wariors do suck! and Raptors arn't that great either lol!!!!!! (ITS ALL THE RIDER)
