i need some help on how hard it is and how much it will cost to replace the bushings/bearings in the front a-arms top and bottom and both left and right wheels.. is there anywere else i should do while its apart? tirerod ends? how much would this cost or is it better to just get a +1 from houser with greese fittings?

It's not hard at all, but it's probably going to be a lot easier/more beneficial to go with the +1's.

which would cost less? and take less time to assemble? and will +1 be to much i go in tight trails...

It's going to take less time and cost less to put new bearings/bushings in your front end. If you ride really tight trails, you will want to stick with the stock length arms.

You might be better off just ordering new stock a-arms from a place like Service Honda. I know the Pivot Works bushings for the stock arms were about the same as just getting the whole new ones from Service Honda.

Meszmoto sells plastic bushings for your a-arms for about $60, the wheel bearings can be found on ebay for less than $20

if you ever want to know the cost of stock parts look up http://www.yamahaoftroy.com , they have an online microfiche for tons of models listing all their prices for parts. it will let you compare stock price to aftermarket. they tend to have good prices too.
