suspension...red bud is comin

im racin this weekend up at red bud and if any one has been there befor they no about the braking bumps....i have front tripele rate with compresion auj..and the back is elka with rebound and compresion......what kind of settings would be best so i don't fly off my seat and gett all bumped around

Ive been there before but we have had lots of rain and i was there in Aug from what my track has looked like from me riding this week i think it gonna be a ROUGH ride good luck i blew my motor or i would be there tooo
