you'de be better off saving your money and buy a auto tranny cooler at auto zone, quite a bit cheaper, and the is no significant difference

They no longer have a website... This internet thing is a fad and no serious business would ever waste their time with such silliness...

Do a search on oil coolers and you can find out why mine is better. And you can't read about this artical untill next months ATV Action comes out, this was just a teaser:)

i was thinking that article came out a few months ago, i'll look for it

and i thought all those threads were about your 400ex cooler vs. jegs. i just dont really see what can be different between any of the 300 coolers, they all look the same to me pretty simple actually, a metal line with fins. i did look at jerem's this past weekend tho, and i do like the idea of removing the stock external oil line completly like you did

No you will not find the artical, I have the only printed copy that they Fed-Ex me today. The oil cooler is the same as my 400ex.

Hey Mickey Dunlap how much do your 300ex oil coolers cost & don't you sell bore kits & stroker kits??????????

the orange 300ex in that pic has mickey's 345 bore and strokder kit, i can tell you from first hand, that it flies! (he's in my class at the gncc's)

We sell a 330 kit which Jeremy Benson ran last year. This year he is running a 345cc big bore only (no stroker). We also sell 380 and a over bore for that up to a 390. We don't stroke the 300ex anymore because we get more power out of a longer rod to stroke ratio as do alot of the newer style motors. For more info you will need to call, I can not talk price on here.

Future motor mods: hey, Mickey would you approve on running a 400ex stock carb on my 300ex & 400ex throttle cable and jet the carb with a 155 main jet & 45 pilot jet with the choked removed with a 12, or 13 size JE piston with a racing cam & one of your 345cc bores & one of your oil coolers & a higher CDI or rev box................

1995 300ex

Douglas wheels 125 wheels allaround with 20x11x9 Razar's rear with 22x11x9 razar fronts, Tusk T-7 handlebars, UNI airfilter, & a Pro Circuit T4 slip-on for a good lowend power..............

We tried a 400ex carb but it didn't work as good as a stock one but I think there was something wrong with the carb because it should have worked. I don't know what you mean by a 12-13 je piston. If you need more info you really should call so I can ask the right question and give the best answers.

ive heard that the stock 300 carb works better, but i need to see dyno's to beleive it. your motor mods look nice, you cant go wrong with a huge bore and a good compression. my 350 big bore is only 11:1 and it hauls like you wouldnt beleive. the key to going fast is a good port job tho, so you cant forget that! also, i heavy duty rod and clutch wouldnt be a bad idea. go with a real big cam, the 300 has gobs of bottom end power, so there is plenty to be sacrificed to gain some top end

Future motor mods: hey, Mickey would you approve on running a 400ex stock carb on my 300ex & 400ex throttle cable and jet the carb with a 155 main jet & a 45 or probaly have to use a 42 pilot jet with the choked removed with a 12:5:1 JE high compression piston with a racing cam & one of your 345cc bores & one of your oil coolers & a higher CDI or rev box................

(I also want to port and polish my head, piston, and 400ex carb........)

(when removing the choke i'm planning on using a weedeater or pushmower primer cap & a hose clamp to hold it in place over the choke hole)

(also remember to hold the carb upside down when removing the two gold screws)

(hey, Mickey do you have a graphics kit or decal stickers for my 300ex)

Hey Mickey Dunlap?

(I please hope you reconsider having a website)
It should only increase your sales, but i know you are busy right now with racing going on and sponsership & keeping racers bikes in good race condition & dealing with customer buys................

(hey, MIckey do you sponser non-GNCC or AMA riders?)
(My 2 cousins would like to be sponsered:

Robert Stringfellow-he rides a Z400, he races it stock and he outruns all modified bikes that run against him previously & he's moving up to pro when he goes to the next race.......

Wesley Murhpy-he rides a 400ex, he previously pulled the holeshot on Robert Stringfellow & he hangs right with him........

They both are in desperit need of motor mods & other things and they've been looking for a sponser to support them even though their not GNCC or AMA riders they could probally hang with them.

(I am amazed with Robert how a stock Z400 just outruns others,
It's true what they say about it's not the bike it's how good the rider is)

(they both are progressing their skills further & further)

Robert Stringfellows/Z400-only thing he has that aint stock is a axle, air-filter, and tires.

Wesley Murphy/400ex-jet kit, universal shorty wb's pipe(which has no power) airfilter, tires, a 10:1 piston, and little porting to the head..........

(They both flipped their stock front rims to make them wider):( :huh

Good question...I recall a service that used to be popular a number of years back...the U.S. Mail! You know, the people who come to your house and drop off/take bills, payments, letters, and other related items?

Why don't you give that a shot and be done with it? ;)
