I have a 2001 volkswagen jetta 1.8T and my friend thinks that his 1997 jetta VR6 would smoke me!! (both standard with no mods) who would win in a race??

Which VR6 12v or 24v? 12v he would get you on the line but you could catch up 24v no contest he would beat u. Hes got 2 more cylinders then you, what do you expect?
